To make your purchases even
easier, ForeverJewelers.com will reassure your satisfaction by offering
you a comfortable return policy. Understanding the delicate nature
of our products, returns must be made promptly. Please follow these
simple steps below.
- Items must be return-shipped within
10 business days of UPS delivery.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include certain
holidays.
- You must have a Return Authorization
Number. Call us toll free, 1-866-986-2248 as soon as you decide you would
like to return your purchase and we will provide this number
for you.
- Enclose the unworn item(s) with all additional materials in
the UPS return package we have provided or the original box.
If return materials were not provided, then use appropriate
shipping materials to return your item(s).
- Affix the pre-printed return label to the outside of the securely
sealed return package. If a shipping label was not provided
in your original package, then please call us toll free, 1-866-986-2248,
and we will have a UPS call tag issued.
- Clearly write the Return Authorization Number that was given
to you on the outside of the securely sealed return package.

- Bring this package to your nearest UPS Customer Counter or
a UPS authorized shipping center. Visit http://www.ups.com
to locate a center near you.
Items
that are shipped UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air will be provided
with UPS 2nd Day Air Return Service. Those items that are shipped
UPS 3 Day Select or UPS Ground will be provided with corresponding
Return Service.
Once your package
is received it will be thoroughly inspected to ensure that there
was no use of the item(s) and that all tags are securely in place.
Your credit card will then be refunded
the amount of the item,
less all shipping and handling charges in both directions.
Please read below for further information regarding Special and
Custom Order Returns.
If there were any alterations,
including complimentary ring sizing, then these fees will be charged
to your account or not refunded. Please review our
Client Services page for
more information on sizing fees.
If a ring or other piece
of jewelry is returned after having stones changed at the customer's
request, then these fees will not be refunded. Likewise, if there
was no initial charge, then this waived fee will be deducted from
the total refund. For example: If a center stone is removed for
the purpose of selling only the mounting, but the mounting is
returned, then we reserve the right to charge a fee for having
removed the diamond and re-setting it.
Items that are valued at $2,500.00
or more will be charged an additional return fee of 1.5% the total
return value as a return processing fee.
Please allow a short processing
period to fill your refund. This should be no more than 5 business
days providing that the returned item(s) has met the above criteria.
During holiday seasons time expectancy may vary.

Special
Orders
At ForeverJewelers.com
it is our priority to ensure that our customers are pleased with
the items that they have purchased. If not, our Return
Policy guarantees your money back, providing that all criteria
has been met.
Occasionally, an item may
be subject to a re-stocking fee, if returned. These Special Orders
may include items that ForeverJewelers.com does not have in stock
and would need to specially order from a supplier. Such instances
may occur with eternity bands, continuous design wedding bands,
watches and other jewelry that we do not normally stock. The standard
re-stocking fee for most returned special orders is 20% of the
item's original purchase price. This fee is in addition to all
other return fees that may apply.
There
may be instances where an item will require a minimum, non-refundable
deposit of 50% of that item's original purchase price. For platinum
and/or high-ticket items that are specially made to order or platinum
items that are are not average stock size (6.0 - 7.0), the item
may be returned after purchase, however, the re-stocking fee will
be 50% of the item's original purchase price. This fee is in addition
to all other return fees that may apply.
At the sole discretion
of ForeverJewelers.com, some special order items may be returned
with the option for store credit rather than paying the 20% re-stocking
fee and getting cash back.
Also, if a special order
item is placed on order, but the order is cancelled after 24 hours
of being placed, then the minimum deposit may be forfeit if the
order cannot be stopped with the manufacturer. Should the customer
make a different selection and purchase that new item and keep
it, then at our discretion the fee may be waived.
Please note that the price
of special order merchandise is subject to change due to the nature
of fluctuating prices with precious gems and precious metals in
the market. Prices shown on the website often reflect the price
for that one specific piece within our collection. Please contact

Custom
Orders
ForeverJewelers.com is a full-service jewelry store and
we are capable of producing custom designs made to our customer's
specifications. However, because these designs are specific to
one person's request, these Custom Orders are not returnable.
Custom
orders will require a minimum, non-refundable deposit of 50% of
that item's purchase price. Should the order be cancelled by the
customer at any point and we are unable to stop production, this
50% deposit will be forfeit by the customer. Any additional fees
will be applied.
In
addition, custom alterations are not returnable. This policy includes,
but is not limited to: engraving, shortening of a chain or bracelet,
and ring sizing that is more than three sizes up or down. Please

for information on ring sizing,
changing stones
and engraving.
Specific
to this clause are Nameplate Necklaces and Name Rings. Because
each nameplate and name ring is unique and handmade they are not
returnable. Our nameplates are hand cut from solid gold sheet
and the diamonds are hand set. We can assure you of their high
quality and would ask that if you have any questions to please

Security Tags
All tags must be must be affixed and unadulterated in order
to return merchandise. There will be no exceptions made regarding
the removal of security tags. Removal of this tag releases all
rights of return. As well, any form of tampering with security
tags will void the policy of return. There may be additional fees
for returned merchandise that is not accepted due to security
tag violations.
Additionally, please return all jewery
box materials including the outer box, if one was included. Any
returns made without these items or with those that have been
damaged will be subject to a $5.00 fee.
