ForeverJewelers.com will carefully package your item(s) to ensure a safe and easy arrival. Using UPS shipping services we will provide you with quality shipping free of charge. The level of service provided for free will depend on the value of your package. Should you require a faster means of delivery, you may upgrade your shipping method for a fee.

• As orders are received they will be reviewed and processed. An e-mail will be sent confirming your purchase(s). This is not an automatically generated response and may take several hours to be sent depending on the time that the order is received and reviewed. Orders received before 11:00am EST will generally be shipped the same day. Exceptions are for orders received during the weekend and Monday.
• When your purchase leaves ForeverJewelers.com another e-mail will be sent notifying you that the package has been shipped. There will be tracking number issued from UPS that allows for easy monitoring of your purchase.
• Upon delivery there will be a required signature of receipt. UPS will notify us that your package has been received. It is from this point that our Return Policy will be in effect.

In the unfortunate event that an item is out of stock or no longer available, ForeverJewelers.com will send a notification via e-mail or telephone. This e-mail will explain the status of your order. If the item is unavailable, we may attempt to offer a comparable suggestion.

We at ForeverJewelers.com have chosen UPS because of their reliable services of tracking and insuring your valuable purchase(s). Because of these high standards there will be no deliveries made to P.O. Boxes. There must be a physical address and an authorized signature in order to complete the delivery.

• UPS Ground service guarantees delivery to all commercial addresses within the 48 contiguous states. Deliveries to residential addresses receive scheduled delivery and dependable service, but the delivery day is not guaranteed.
  
  
• UPS 3 Day Select orders shipped on Wednesday will be delivered on Monday.
  
  This service guarantees delivery within three business days to and from every address in the 48 contiguous states.
  
  
• UPS 2^nd Day Air orders shipped on Thursday will be delivered on Monday by the end of the day.

This service provides guaranteed, two day, on-time delivery to every address throughout the United States and Puerto Rico.

• UPS Next Day Air orders shipped on Friday will be delivered on Monday by the end of the day.

This service offers an affordable delivery option for your purchase(s) that require next-business-day delivery.  Depending on the destination, time of delivery may vary. Saturday delivery is available to many destinations. Additional fees will be required.

While waiting for your gift to arrive, remember to only count business days (Monday through Friday). Also, if you have requested any alteration(s), shipping will be delayed until your specification has been met. As always, wewill notify you of any delays in your order.

International Orders

All items shipped Internationally by ForeverJewelers.com will be insured and the value of the package contents will be declared. Taxes or duties may be collected upon delivery, and a customs brokerage fee may be assessed. You are responsible for paying all taxes, duties and brokerage fees. In order to determine the approximate cost of taxes or duties that may be imposed, we suggest that you contact your government's Customs Department. We do not have this information available to us.

If an item is refused or simply returned, upon its return to us, we will refund the purchase price (providing that all criteria has been met for returning an item) less the shipping charges in both directions. Also, if we, through no fault of our own, are charged tax or duties for your order, we reserve the right to charge your credit card account for this amount at a later date. Any taxes, duties or fees will not be refunded in any case.

In addition, as it is difficult to determine the cost of shipping, it may be necessary for ForeverJewelers.com to charge an additional amount to your credit card account in order to meet the fee for shipping to your country. We will make every attempt to provide a shipping cost estimate at the time of shipping. Please be advised that these fees may range anywhere from $20.00 - $100.00 depending on the destination and shipment method.

Forever Jewelers reserves the right to not accept international orders, if proper criteria cannot be met to assure credit card authenticity. Often credit cards issued by foreign banks cannot be verified by our merchant services and, therefore, we are unable to confirm that a purchase is legitimate and not fraud.
